Why was my card charged? 



 As outlined at the time of checkout, all Alan Health plans are  recurring unless canceled before the next billing date, which can be found in your patient portal in the My Plan tab at any time. 

 We send out a reminder email 2 days before your upcoming billing date, giving you time to make changes to your account, including cancellation. 

Because your charge has already been processed and the order is in progress, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time.  For more information about our cancellation policy, please visit our FAQ Page. 

While we can’t cancel or refund the order that has already been processed, we can still offer a one-time pause on your current order to delay its delivery. You can choose from:

2-week pause
4-week pause
